This is a bodywork session tailored just for you. You will experience elements from Fascia Stretch Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching or Thai Massage whichever is most indicated for your goals and needs. What is FST? Fascial Stretch Therapy is a dynamic facilitated stretching technique that targets the NeuroMyoFascial communication in the body for optimal improvements in mobility, flexibility, and functional movement. FST reduces adhesions throughout the fascial nets and re-educates your body back to proper movement. Clients report feeling relaxed, lighter with improved flexibility / mobility after as little as one session. What is AIS? Active Isolated Stretching is a form of dynamic facilitated stretching that provides functional restoration of mobility, reduces adhesions throughout the fascia and improves the neuromuscular communication. Clients report improved flexibility/mobility and have the option to learn a custom self stretch program in this session. Often only address upper or lower body in 1 hour session. Full body may need hour and half for new clients.
